How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance, especially during peak tourist season (April–October). However, we can sometimes accommodate same-day bookings depending on availability.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Yes! Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your pickup time. Modifications can be made anytime through our website or by contacting support.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and cash (USD or UZS). Online payments are processed securely through our booking system.
Do I need an international driving license?
Yes, foreign nationals need a valid international driving permit (IDP) along with their national driver's license. We verify documents at pickup.
Is insurance included in the rental?
Yes, the rental price includes mandatory third-party liability insurance. If the car is damaged through the renter's fault, the cost is covered from the security deposit, which is refunded within 7–10 business days after the car is returned.
Can I drive between cities?
Absolutely. The mileage allowance is 300 km per day. Extra kilometres are charged separately, from 2,000 UZS per km. Popular routes: Tashkent–Samarkand (308 km), Samarkand–Bukhara (270 km), Chimgan and the Fergana Valley.
